Liberpharma is engaged in the discovery and development of
novel, small molecules for the treatment of diseases trough
modification of lead compounds.
Characterization techniques for elucidating the ligand-target structure include
x-ray crystallography and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy
Lead compounds will be modified using high resolution computer modeling,
medicinal- and computational[computing the energy of a particular molecular structure] chemistry
Combinatorial chemistry will be used to produce the intended novel, highly
specific small molecule compounds,needed for therapeutic benefits.
First step is creating a low Ki value ,followed by adjusting for cell permeability,
solubility [more hydrophile,lowering Log p],plasma stability,ADME, check Herg,Cytochrom etc [anti-gen]and toxicity
